Information for instructors on using iTunes U and WebVista.
WebVista is a course management software that enables instructors to create and manage Web-based learning materials and activities. Students use WebVista to access these materials and participate in learning activities via the Web. For more information on WebVista, please see the WebVista Support site.
Instructors using WebVista for their courses can use iTunes U (for credit courses only) to create course podcasts for audio and video content.
WebVista and iTunes U resources for credit courses are both listed in the My Courses/My Courses & Teaching tab in myU. The instructions listed below will provide a direct link to your iTUnes U course podcast from WebVista.
Many campuses, colleges, and departments have access to create podcasts in iTunes U for their areas. To request a podcast that is for a campus, college, or department, please contact the iTunes U administrator in your area. If you don't know who the contact person is in your area, consult with iTunes U Support by completing the Support Request Form.
